Come on Paula!! Mike, Matt, and myself will be there. Probably a few others..

I really want to go but if my sister and nephews are still in PA they will take priority. If you were willing to pick my gear up on the way to the quarry that would help!

Paula

I am still on the fence for this outing. I have to work until about 1 pm -2 pm, plus I dont know if I will have my drysuit cert yet. I dont think I want to dive wet that early. We shall see.

You don't need no stinking dry suit cert.; come on out, bring your dry suit and we'll show you everything you need to know FOR FREE!!! I said it, and I'm sticking to it!!:D Empirical learning is the best kind of learning;

He defianatly wouldn't be the first person that was taught by the GLWC.

Problem is I dont have my own yet, so I need to rent a suit and it might be difficult to get without the card. Any suggestions?

:rofl3: Would that be a class based on size?

I plan to be down early. I have a dive club meeting Thursday night, but will head out bright and early Friday morning. I plan on bringing a bunch of tanks as I would like to get a bunch of dives in. Lets hope the weather is nice for the surface intervals!

As I found out today when I casually inquired... I'm SURE it has something to do with Lawyers...

"What!?! you rented a drysuit to a diver who wasnt Trained for it! No Wonder he went polaris and caught brain bubbles!!" (and then the sue-fest begins...)

:(

We ask if you have dived a drysuit before when we rent one. We really like people to know how to use it before they try to hurt themselves with it.

If you catch me on the first and early morning on the second I will be able to fill tanks at the quarry if you need me too. I was down there today to get the compressors out of hibernation.

BTW. The visibility was amazing... you could see the blockhouse from the ladder without going into the water.
