What is a drawback of Oceanic VT3 not being able to calculate deco stops below 60'? And does it allow for using 100% oxygen for planned decompression tops?

I am trying to decide between VT3 and Suunto Vyper Air (or new Cobra) and any advise would be greatly appreciated
