YES my original name reflected how I felt at the time and since I no longer feel that way I thought a name change was appropriate as well as posting about the positive outcome. I thought it was the right thing to do. I admitted before "I came on a bit strong with my name. I was obviously upset after dealing with this for three weeks over what seems to me to be a small issue."

I also said "Anyone can make a mistake, that’s easy. However, owning up to it and than rectifying the issue is the hard part." AND now that Oceanic rectified this issue. Perhaps we can all learn a thing or two... especially those that still feel that I'm a troll.
