I see used shearwater peregrines going for $400 all the time…find one and pick it up. You may not even need to upgrade u less you want AI one day or go tech.

Out of those, I would recommend the Deep 6 computer. We have three at our shop here and when I worked in Florida, it was the only computer in our rental line. I even use one as my backup computer.
As for Aqualung, no way would I buy one of their computers...again. I had an i200 and after 7 dives it started to lose it's mind. Randomly shutting off on dives, going on dives when on land...and then one of the buttons stopped working. Had it fixed twice and after the third time, I threw it in the trash.
As for Suunto, nope! It is waaaay to conservative for me. I see divers all the time that need to get shallower or end a dive because their Suunto is close to going into deco when myself and other divers have plenty of time left. The video above discusses it and he isn't wrong about many dive pros loving it so they can end dives early. But as a pro, why would I want to end a dive early? I do this because I love it so the longer I can stay down, the less I have to deal with emails, fixing gear, bosses, etc LOL
As for the Shearwater, they do come up for sale at your price point and if you can pick one up, do it. They are the best on the market IMO without anyone even coming close. I know some say the Garmin but that is useless for me because I hate wearing watches which makes the Garmin a waste of money for me. I dive a Shearwater as my main computer and will continue to do so.

For my first computer, I had a list very similar to yours. I ended up choosing the Deepblu Cosmiq+ because I thought it had the best display of the bunch, plus the Bluetooth connectivity and chargeable battery was attractive. It is a fine computer, and the display is really nice. My biggest issue with it is that air mix (Nitrox %) needs to be set on the phone, and cannot be adjusted on the device.
And then, after about a dozen dives on it, Shearwater came out with the Peregrine.
I've since sold the Cosmiq to a dive buddy at a significant discount. The Peregrine is indeed the finest recreational dive computer on the market. The display is huge and bright and contains all pertinent data points in easy to see layout. Shearwater's tech support -- which I haven't needed yet -- is legendary. I don't plan on progressing to technical/sidemount/rebreather diving, so I don't anticipate needing any advanced functions, and I'm okay with checking my SPG for gas so I don't need AI (It's just another possible failure point, anyway, IMO).
I'm not sure what the costing is like in Japan, but if the Peregrine can fit your budget, it really is the best choice.

I have been diving a Suunto Cobra 1 for about 23 years and it is still going strong and Ihave never had any issues with it.

I would get a Ratio iX3m 2 Pro computer. It is an air/nitrox/gauge computer. When you are ready to up grade, you don't have to buy a whole new computer, you just have to upgrade the sofware. This makes it cheaper in the long run. Ratio iX3M 2 Pro Dive Computer | Air Integrated
