New UK law could expose message boards to fines

How much would this actually affect Scubaboard since it's a U.S. Based company? Since we don't have a physical presence in the UK.

Lots of lawsuits have been brought against U.S. companies that are on the Internet in other countries, such as eBay in France. Not much certainty anymore with the web.
