Hey All,

Are there any major differences from new 2004 models and models made in say '96? Would buying a well maintained Delta II & Alpha IV and having them serviced be okay?

I wouldn't say that the age of a reg dictates its functionality. There are many conshelf regs in service that are from the 70's. But there are also so Calypso's that are crap from the 80's. So it doesn't necessarily depend on time frame. But the short answer to your question is yes, the Delta is ok. It should breathe well. The only changes in the delta 3 are the outside being smaller, and some changes to the first stage.
