I have an Oceanic FDX10 Delta IV with Alpha 8 octo that I bought used a few years ago. For various reasons I haven’t been diving with it. It had been serviced just before I bought it- the work order came with it.
I read something about parts becoming hard to get for servicing. Is this right?
Is this worth keeping ir should I look for another reg set?

You've got 16 oceanic dealers in your area. Check with one/some of them to see if parts/service is really a problem.

Not very likely.

Thanks. I don’t remember where I read that. It may have been around the time they were changing owners or something.
I don’t know the other shops but ScubaToys is not too far.

I've been diving an Oceanic FDX10 with an Alpha 4 for 9 years and have not had a problem getting the rig serviced or parts for them other than one time during the height of the pandemic when everything was in short supply. Even then it was only a delay of maybe 2 or 3 weeks for the DS to get the part in.
