I'm cross-posting this from the accident forum due to the information about the new docudrama with two separate sections: one about Sheck Exley's uber-human feat of sharing air for a 1.3KM (4500 ft) emergency swim and a second section about the tragic last dive of Peter Verhulsel who descended a cave system in South Africa only to get lost and spend his last days in an air-filled chamber in the cave finally dying from exposure and starvation.
The film maker told me this may be released next year. Perhaps interest from the dive community, especially cavers, may help that along. I'm certainly not shilling for him- I just have a thirst for the knowledge you can get from documentaries and their related progeny.
