My wife lost her NAUI Advanced Diver card from 1981. We couldn't get the instructor's name from our logs since the logs went through a hurricane and were wrecked, and weren't smart enough to have photocopied it when we could. We did send photocopies of MY card last spring. They promptly sent her out a replacement (which now says "Master" instead of "Advanced") with very little difficulty.

aeronautic1,

Welcome to ScubaBoard!

Replacement cards usually run $25 to $30 anyway, so taking a new course, like maybe nitrox and getting a new C-card makes alot of sense.

Where in Florida are you? (Fill out your profile.)

hehehehe.... Hey all, I'm not above taking all the credit for other people's work... but this really rests with NAUI HQ. In any bureaucracy things sometimes get sidetracked, but there are good folks at NAUI and they tracked it down.

But did you see how I engineered the Steelers victory?
