Great day so far. No heavy pain meds. I got out of bed 4 times yesterday and hope to repete that today. Sat in a chair today to eat breakfast. Another sponge bath and shampoo today. I'm even in a t-shirt and underwear.

My right leg is at 20%. I'm putting it through my exercises right now. Life is good. Send me some diving pics! Let's make it eels.

Do Wolf Eels count? It's really all we got up here in the PAC NW...

Status:
The back is at 70% and the right leg is up to 30% maybe even 35%. I can easily lift my foot now. Wowsers!
 
Glad to hear you're progressing. Keep with it. You'll get there! This is from Raiatea, French Polynesia, a couple of weeks ago.

Holy schitt!!! I might be going home today!!! I walked all the way down the hall, turned around, and climbed steps when I got back to the room. I can do this!!!
 
Update: I am going home today!!! All rehab will continue on the Heckahwee Ranch.
