Unfortunately, i'm not a tech diver. What do the above 4 types of diver mean? for example, if i see MK15, i think of it has "Mark fifteen first stage scubapro reg", if there is such a reg. and KISS to me means, "Keep it simple stupid". Meg? Meg rayan? i donno...care for explaination? thank in advance

Closed Circuit Rebreathers (CCR) all of them.
You were right about the KISS, the 'keep it simple' part refers to the lack of electronic (computer) control. It's the only manually controled unit of the bunch. The MK15 is the old Navy rig, which has been replaced by the MK16 (there is a Scubapro Mk16 first stage, but the Navy designates most everything MKsomething or other, e.g. the large metal diving helmets are MK5s). Meg is short for Megalodon.
