very good news indeed, jenny!

well, i sure didn't have enough time with you all today. it was great to see you
again, Jenny, and the usual North Florida crew (Simon is an honorary member).
great to see everybody else from the Crystal River trip again.

Chuck, i am glad we got to spend two minutes and 14 seconds talking... it made
my day

Vickie, great to dive with you. You had awesome form. Orlando Eric and Down4Fun,
you guys were great.

all my pics came out like crap, but here's one of David in the Ballroom

Had a great couple of days, nice to see everyone again. I only got in 7 dives this time, but i got to see some more of the devil's system than i have done previously - no river drifts this time either. Still clocked about 5 hours from those 7 dives though

Thanks for all the great food, campfire chat and socialising drinks.

What a blast!!!! We had a really great time with everyone. Thank you Jean and Andy for looking after me in the cavern, wow....that was certainly more different then I had expected... Special thanks to all the wonderful chefs out at the campsite, good on ya!! Every thing was yummy. I can't say much about the evening entertainment, I went to sleep like a good girl while all those party peeps raised cane :D swear! I hear there's pictures!!!!

I've got a few pictures that I will post in the morning, I'm just so sleepy right now from that long ride home....

Once again proves to me, Conch Divers are just awesome people to break bread with!! :07:

Sounds like everyone had a blast, I wish I could have made it. I'm going to do my best to make the Halloween Megadive again though.

Looking forward to the pics!

Darrel told us how tired you must have been on the drive up as well, concentrating so hard on the back of your eyelids must have really worn you out while he drove

I am guessing people are going to start signing in now and hopefully all got home safely.

(little kids' voice)THAT WAS TOTALLY AWSOME!!!(/little kids' voice)

Had a blast with all of you that made it, and am looking forward to the next MEGAcDaImVpE

While there are pictures of the late night festivities, I think the only incriminating photo I got was of Simon :icon10:

Wonderful pic there Jarrod of Simon...
I had a blast. It turned out that as we drove up, Hermit Crabs temp continued to drop, and by the time we got up there, she had an almost normal reading!
V, the only reason I understand you went to bed early was cause you started (drinking) before us!

The diving was nice. I did four dives total, and the last one only lasted as long as it did cause I had the hood on. Brrr...
Food was awesome! Loved the eggs in the morning!
Nice meeting a bunch of new folks, Mark, Corey, Brian, (Dang I know I am forgetting somebody).
Good seeing Andy, Chuck, The Fool, Ken, Holly, Jean, Jarrod The SE Conch contingent, Dennis and Roxanne again (and the respective families).
Chuck, you were a very good cabana boy with the exception of the hot towels after the night dive. I think with a little practice however, you will be fine...:D
Thanks everybody for all your help getting me and Hermit Crab's tent up, then down, the bubble watching and just being a really fine group of people! Ya'll rock!

Well, I finally made it home around 8:30. Dennis, Roxanne, someone who told me his name but I forgot (drove the Bronco & their tent was right by the fire pit), Darrel, Vicki, Eric, Kim, Vivian, it was good meeting all of y'all. Everyone else, what can I say? I had an absolute blast this weekend, the only time before that I have dove this much in a 3 day period was for instruction, & that was not nearly as much fun. Anyway, Andy, thanks for the pic, the plastic surgeons might be able to use it since I lost my face on the floor of the Devil's Ear cavern. I guess I must have "dove my face off".

Thanks for the culinary efforts, the comraderie, laughing at my FOOLish attempts at humour, "to the tent" escort services that were provided(get your mind out of the gutter), but mostly, thanks for making myself & my family feel welcome. You guys are the greatest.

why does everyone look like Simon with their hair on fire??????
