The best thing about baby shampoo is that I already have to buy it for the baby. Now if I could just figure out a way to justify her needing new tanks...

I have used 500 psi and baby shampoo. Both work equally as well...but the generic baby shampoo from Wal-Mart costs tons less (huge bottle for like 99 cents) than the 500 psi ($4.95 to $6.95). We wash our wetsuits, booties, gloves, hair, etc. with the babyshampoo, like some of the others who have posted. All-around good-to-have in the save-a-dive kit or dry bag. My two cents...

Raw potato works

Yeah and doubly useful- I like 'em cooked in a little garlic butter after the dive.

Whats wrong with spit?

Largely depends upon wind direction.

Has to be at that price!!!

I bought some de-fog and found that it fogged my mask up too. I think spit is the best thing I've tried. Have you used toothpaste to scrub off the factory film on the inside?
