You know the newer eddy-current test kits are very accurate and if you get a failure using them it is probablly real. getting a second opinion is always good but, unless the second opinion is using this kind of device they may give you a false sense of security. Additionally it is not the end user who ends up getting hurt, it is the guy filling the tanks.. Just my opinion..
