I have a Dacor 960 Pacer XLP that is in perfect condition, but I want to get it serviced. I understand the situation with Mares taking it over, so I asume it won't be easy. Anyone know where I can get this done?

I was at my LDS the other day, and they were going nuts looking for Dacor parts. It's only gonna get harder for you. I noticed on ebay, that there were LOTS of Dacor regs being sold. Guess the sellers may be in your situation!

hi siborg
as long as the reg does not need any hard parts it should not be a problem. the o-rings we still can get. the high pressure seat is my only concern
and i think i still have a few left.
but i would have to check the reg to determine if i can get it back up to par
if you want more info.
pm me
hope this helps

Westchester Dive Center - Portchester NY still services older Dacor regs. He claims he still gets parts from Mares/Dacor. He does not have a web site. He serviced my Dacor 950's last season.
