After reading this story in the paper about a recreational diver discovering a body, am now wondering if this is a place I can add to my list of dive sites for Ct.
Anyone know anything about dive conditions and access there? Also, is it true there is a town down under?

MONROE — State Police today confirmed the car pulled out of Lake Zoar here belonged to a Prospect woman who disappeared nearly two years ago.
But police were not ready to identify the body found in the car as 64-year-old Bonnie Thayer, who owned the vehicle.
Identity of the body will await results of an autopsy later today.
The car, a 1993 Mercury Cougar, was discovered on the bottom of the lake, near the Oxford side, under about 60 feet of water by a recreational diver on Tuesday.
Thayer was last seen in July 2005.
