Im going to try and hit up Key West on new years. Hopefully ill be able to come back with some good pics. Were going to do a live aboard but not on a charter. Im going to test out my 31 foot monterey and see how she handles for a few days out to sea.

Be sure to head out to the Cayman Salvager. Key West can be iffy on diving conditions, if it's poor head up further north.

Since this past Sep (two months ago) or last Sep (14 months ago)?

I tried to think back to when I last dove with him and I think it was last year. Actually might have been the Christmas dive at Hidden Paradise.

The last time we dove together was this past Feb. That's why I was perplexed.

I thought there was something lost in the translation but wasn't sure. Now we know it was 2 months. Or he is suffering from narcosis.

I was on that same dive, wasn't I? I remember being up at FRP then & my drysuit flooded.

It wasn't at FRP. We were diving Sweetwater Lake between Bloomington and Indpls. It was WT, a friend of his named Ross and myself.

Oh OK, I know I dove with Wally sometime last Feb. (or maybe it was Jan.- I can't remember for sure)& had to call the dive after 15- 20 min. I think Chris & John were also there. We went to a shelter that had plastic put up & a small heater to try to stay reasonably warm. I couldn't take that cold water going down my back (my neck seal rolled & leaked). It was a cold, wet, windy & miserable day (kinda like last weekend).

Checking my dive log, 1-5-2008, dive time 13:37 minutes. I think that was the dive I was getting water down my neck seal. I do remember something along the line of snow and sleet at the surface!
