As far as I'am concerned it's not the best rig for anything, but thats my opnion. It's heavy, complex and does not have real benefits imo.yeah I was looking at the GUE way, dunno if its the best way to rig everything!

IMHO it is only good if you are already a die hard GUE trained diver and do not want to change things since it still follows their basic OW principals.yeah I was looking at the GUE way, dunno if its the best way to rig everything!
JJ with sidemounted bailouts works like a charm. Plus you can have your off board O2 plugged within 10 seconds without doing acrobatics underwater.yeah I was looking at the GUE way, dunno if its the best way to rig everything!
Lower vertical profile than back-mounted, especially when pushed forwardd) [other reasons?]
gue style rig works great for boat diving and a lot of cave diving as well. The only issue with the configuration is the weight on land, however that problem is easily solved with regular visits to the gym.yeah I was looking at the GUE way, dunno if its the best way to rig everything!
Partially a weight consideration, so a little of (a), but the portability and flexibility.d) [other reasons?]
Rigging ample enough onboard dilout to forgo one stage cylinder sounds tidy. Perfect for crowded boats with hydraulic lifts, and/or people with a reasonable 200+kg squat/deadlift and near invulnerable hips and spinal discs (not me, unfortunately)gue style rig works great for boat diving and a lot of cave diving as well.
