several at EKU at their aviation school. Also you can try the Mt. Sterling airport.
 
you could look into for him is a Discovery flight. They use to cost $35. May be higher now due to higher fuel costs. A flight instructor would take him up in a plane for about 30 minutes.
 
One of my best friends is a flight instructor. He also flies the lear jet for R.J. coreman. He's in the shop fairly often. He's been a flight instructor for about 7 or 8 yrs. now. You two should hook up at the shop one day for the interview.
