Here is the old and new updated map recently.

The old one done by Mr. Bob Obermeyer and Ken Swift. Are they your buddies?

New one done by MidWest Scuba Center, INC. including Liz Bugiel (LuvsItWet, is that you?). New one doesn't include the computer desk though.

So is the map. That map was done by some of my dive buddies back in 1999. A lot of the objects have been moved and continue to move. Even the dentist chair has been broken in two.

No, it's the one on the BS website. It was done by DM candidates from Indy MPH back in 1999 under instructor Jay Roney. They have a 3D model as well that most have never seen. Very impressive. It took several months as they took lots of depth readings.

Type of diving: Shore Dive--Rocky area has some underwater drop offs, some sloping areas. Areas inside the cove have a tapered slope and more fish life.

Directions
South east corner of the dam. N 3535.845’ W 95 2.049. Crappie Point is usually crowded with instructors and students, but the better diving is inside the cove, and rocky areas north of the point. Just inside the State Park, take the paved road through the cabins then left on the gravel road, down to the water and campgrounds. Parking is near some picnic tables and campgrounds so be considerate. Bathrooms are uphill from the parking areas. Visability is running about 10 feet at the surface to 20 feet below the thermocline in May 2005. Usually better in late summer and fall except under the fins of so many beginning divers.

Tenkiller Underwater Park, go straight north from the to the state park entrance, past the office and down the hill. When you see the water, the park is to your left and is marked off by bouys. The park is new and is still being developed, there is a sunken school bus and boats underwater with more to come. Parking is nearby and the slope above water continues underwater. There are some dropoffs close to shore, north of the old boat ramp. Visability is good unless there are student divers in front of you. This is a popular area, just move away from the ramp area and the crowding and mud goes away. Again bathrooms are up the hill.
