Looks more like a Ninjia than a scooter. How fast?

Fast enough for me! It's a S2R 800 (2 cyclinder/4 valves) and it puts out "only" 75 hp...a bit less at the rear tire. Ooodles of torque. And it weighs in at about 350 lbs wet. Top speed is around 125. Compared to the 600cc sporties from the Big 4, it's a plodder. But it's Italian, it's RED, and it's MINE!!
 
Congratulations! I love Ducati's, but I think that you could have bought a DPV for both you and your buddy. :D

Heh! I paid just a few hundred more than what a new X-Scooter costs.
