I have an old pair of Riffe neoprene socks that have a durable rubber sole - basically a thick coating of rubber on the underside rather than a fully molded sole like a surf moc would have.

The rubber is starting to disintegrate after 10 years and is turning gooey and sticky.

I have no way of buying another sock, but I have hardware stores around.

Is there anything like liquid rubber I can buy to dip or brush the soles of my socks to basically reconstruct the old soles? Something that will bond permanently to old rubber and neoprene?
