but where is the rest of the info?
Any Diver doing testing now?

I was probably the first outsider (non Hollis staffer) to train on one. I am now an instructor on the unit. I would be happy to answer any questions except those that pertain to pricing or release dates since I have no clue.
That's me in the red swim trunks

Ok, so here is a question; The tank mounted on the Explorer in your video is considerably larger than any tank I have seen in all of the pictures that I have seen, correct ?? Reason ? Benefit ? Nitrox % ?? Longer or deeper dive time ? Scrubber "cartridge" or loose fill ?
It is an al40 the standard tank that will ship with the explorer is a steel 40 which is shorter and slightly fatter.
That unit is a prototype and we rented the tanks from a local dive shop
I would direct your question to Hollis via their web page Hollis - Scuba & Technical Diving Equipment/Supplies or you may look up a European instructor and send an email to him. Since CE is a EU standard it does not apply to us in North America. Many thanks. I'm new to this forum, do you know if there are any Hollis reps who could answer this question?
