This is a strange comparison. They both may be smaller profile brands, but they in two end of the spectrum. HOG is a value oriented brand, main marketing slogan is low entry cost and user DIY oriented. Halcyon, on the other hand, is the tip of the premium, expansive, fine craftman ship, attention to detail and good customer service. I kind of don't think people cross shop between these two.
As for regulators in specific, Halcyon regulators are rebrand Scubapro.
