According to the quarry site, this is a LARK, or LRC 5. Some sort of Vietnam Era amphibious thing.

drl:WCL and I were there Sunday midday. Viz was awful on the south side. We went without hoods--big mistake! It was cold below the thermocline, and I had my first run-in with the killer bluegills. I'd heard of them nibbling ears, but one of the little buggers swam right up and bit me in the chin! Now I'm sporting what looks like a hickey. No, really, folks, it was a fish... ;-)

ScubaThor:Did it hurt? Any ideas as to why the viz was so bad? We made two dives between 10 and 1 on Sunday and coulnd't have had more than 5 feet below 25' or so.
