Other than Cedar Fever when I lived in Austin, I'd have to agree that I don't have allergy problems here. Been in TX for almost 10 years now (guess I should start prepping for the 10 year party for Nov.).

Been here several times before on the Army's tourism plan, but that was just a sampler package.

Depending on the time of day, "an hour west of Houston" would be Katy. Seriously though, welcome back to Texas. I grew up in San Antonio, but liked the Houston area better.
