Are there any hard to get Items in PDC area that are easily purchased in the States that make for good trading?
In Antiqua a Cd Burner and a sleeve of Blanks got us A weeks Motorcycle rental and a BBQ dinner at Shirleys. We don't count the special treatment we got after giving a busboy that had a tooth ache a few Perks. Talk about instant friend.
In Punta Cana the Multi Tools (Leatherman type tools) and Folding Knives went over big with the men and the Gift packs that have sented : soap, shampoo, powder, perfume. etc, etc Womens stuff was like gold for the Ladies. These produced Horseback riding, Meals, and deals with the local venders.
I was figuring Mexicans (or relocated Canadians)for being able to get anything we can and for a decent price.
Any Ideas??
