Personally, I think we are going to need another Black Forest planning session before this meet n greet.

OR maybe a going away party for the Timmon's.

OR maybe we could come up with some other excuse to go out for drinks and dinner.... :D

Hope to see you soon when you get back Tom!

Congratulations Tom! Sounds like a truly warm adventure. You will definitely be missed, but as Dave suggests, perhaps a gathering is in order prior to your departure.

Sounds like a gathering at the Black Forest prior to the Gilboa meet and greet! Say when!

Don't worry - we'll kick the abuse up a notch once we've met ya...

I hafta admit - the last meet at Portage had me going for days, and I didn't even dive... Where's Joe Dirt been hidin'....?

i'm still alive, and planning on being at this one. been a bit of a world traveler and then fighting some drug induced heart issues :(

Hi folks,
i'm new to scuba and i have been following this forum and in particular this thread...
i don't live too far from Gilboa, only about 45 minutes and will try to make this meeting....
don't know that i'll be there the entire weekend, but plan on at least one day...

You may want to shoot for Saturday then as I hear the meal is most excellent. Besides we always end up with way to much food. We may even end up with some synchronized desert making around the old camp fire on Saturday night.

netmage: And finally, monsieur, a wafer-thin s'more.
STSIDDALL: Nah.
netmage: Oh, sir, it's only a tiny, little, thin one.
STSIDDALL: No. Frick off. I'm full.
netmage: Oh, sir. Hmm?
STSIDDALL: [groan]
netmage: It's only wafer thin.
STSIDDALL: Look. I couldn't eat another thing. I'm absolutely stuffed. Bugger off.
mitten diver: Oh, sir, just-- just one.
STSIDDALL: [groaning] All right. Just one.
mitten diver: Just the one, monsieur. Voilà.
STSIDDALL: [groaning]
mitten diver: Bon appétit.
STSIDDALL: [groaning]
<BOOM>

the wafer thin was good, it was the peanut butter that resulted in cardiac issues

Joe Dirt er Delt, it was a secret ingredient at one time. Now if you show up we may have to kill you. Remember the blood oath that we are required to take, what happens at Meet & Greets stays at Meet & Greets.
