First time pictures using Canon A720IS in Bonaire

Thanks. I think I'll be much better prepared when I go to the Turks & Caicos in June. My first trip with the camera was to Coz last month and I had shot most everything using the automatic Underwater mode because the drift diving in current made manual shots difficult for me. Can't wait to see how they will turn out.

It basically turns into a P&S, just adjusting the f-stop depending on the depth & flash off for me while near the surface....

Wow, what nice shots...with no strobe! Credit where credit's due....you have nice composition and a "good eye".

Thanks for posting, it was encouraging cause I just got my A720 and housing and can't afford strobes yet. Looks like it's gonna be fun!
 
Awesome pics. Now i have PBD again. Got to wait almost a full year before we get back to bonaire again.

Can you manually set the white balance on that camera? or dose it just have preset WB settings?

Thank you. No it can manually be set, I just did not use it this time.

always remember, when you think you're close enough, get a little closer & keep it on MACRO....
