I am a 9 1/2 4E. I wear size 10 Deep Sea boots and they fit nicely. However, I had to increase my Jets to XL. My new boots would not fit in the L fins.

I wear an 11.5 ee shoe. I find the exchangeable bed liners for OTB (Over The Beach) Boots make them extremely easy to fit any width foot. That they drain so quickly keeps my feet way comfortable between dives as well.
