Did you try on the next generation of the SeaWing series the SuperNova fins? (Recommended by @BoltSnap and shown in @happy-diver stretching pictures Scubapro Seawing hurting the top of my feet - alternatives?)

The upper foot pocket is pretty compliant but the have the same concept as the original SeaWing and the benefit of breaking apart for travel.

Except for these full Novas that got the same treatment and I have used for a lot longer

But before these Nova were open fins, they don't stretch sideways, due to the stiff soles

And then there's these Scubapro booties where I ground off unnecessaries for an incredibly perfect fit

but rubber protection on top of booties prevent top of foot from top of pocket foot chop
