You are absolutely right, i wish to plan to go dry but its really expensive in Turkey. If u want to buy a good Drysuit you have to pay all of x8 minimum salary of Turkey... Unfortunately.

Anyway, keep in mind that serious tec diving can be very expensive. Safe options are diving helium OC or buy a rebreather. Some people use air up to 60 or even 70+ m depth, but the scientific community tends to dislike this approach.
Probably the best solution for you is to first find a good job, and then to think about tec. I am limited to normoxic trimix right now, and I know that without a career jump I will not proceed with hypoxic or rebreather
I am going to the school of the commercial diving university in Turkey,its on blacksea, Water temperature is 8 Celcius to 16 Celcius in winter, 18 Celcius to 27 Celcius in Summer.
It is unrealistic to dive wet at 8°C, you would die of hypothermia. But I guess that commercial school will provide you with appropriate suits for that
