Christian, put me down for the 26th @ Laguna (or how about Crystal Cove???) I have too many things going on now to afford the weekend at Catalina since they are charging Summer Rates! Ugh... For those of you who voted for the 13th, JUST a REMINDER, that is Diver Day at the Aquarium of the Pacific!!! Show your C-Card and get in FREE!

Diver day is in March, not feb.

Christian, can I change my vote(s) for the 13th and 19th?

It does not appear that you have cast any votes in the poll, so you should be able to add yourselves to the voting.

Is there something keeping you from voting on your own? I'm just trying to figure out if there is a tech issue that we need to address.

Those people had already cast their votes and they wanted to make changes. Once you have already voted you cannot change anything on your own.

I am OK with the 26th in Laguna. I know I mentioned the Avalon thing but that was only a suggestion. Going to the same park as last time seemed to work out good as well. Is there anywere else 20-30 people could hang out and cook out?

It looks like some of the people who voted for Feb 26th (kelpmermaid, robert phillips) will be in Avalon. Perhaps, to be fair to the poll, we should remove their votes from the Feb 26th date (and anyone else who will be in Avalon). I am personally neutral between Feb 19th and Feb 26th, but the poll should reflect people who are actually going to attend the wrinkles dive, in order to maximize participation.

I thought the poll was to decide what day to hold the event on. That way we can determine participation. Writing off the poeple who won't be available on the 26th to dive in Laguna does not mean we won't participate in the Wrinkles dive. If you have already decided that the date will be the 26th, then why have a poll?
I work on Saturdays, so I am not available for anything but Sunday. The reason for voting for the 26th was to try to coax as many people as possible to Catalina that particular Saturday.

The main thing is the 'if' part. It's not decided yet, but seems that it has been decided for a Saturday without actually being decided. :06:
So, if you have decided that the event will take place in Laguna on the 26th, I won't be attending.
