Sounds like a horrible deal. You better pass it up. and bye the way can you send me his name and number? LOL J/K Sounds like a pretty sweet deal.

costi:
Pete, have you dived with them yet?
Bob

Yes I have. More air than I usually need but the longer cylinder (our other 4 are E7-80s) puts the bottom lower on my body and helps trim me out in the drysuit.

I did get a 30 and 42 minute dive out of one of them.

Right now my wife is the bigger air user so she may get to use them this summer.

I snapped them up in November.

Being DIN only it seemed like they were expecting them to sell slower, but we dive DIN so it was a nice match.

Hi all

I have been thinking about become a dealer for the new Faber HP tanks, if anybody is intereted in these or the Worthington's 3442's , I can probaly get you a good offseason price if you PM me and don't mind waiting about a week, I won't stock them untill the season starts. The PST are still on back order untill April, but we have a bunch comming.

Just an update on this, a 2nd one of our instructors is selling his Fabers, I believe that they are in the same condition as the first pair that was originially discussed, PM or email me for more info. I believe that he is is going to put these on Craigslist as well.

Gabe
I've heard alot of bad things about those tanks.
You should send them to me and I'll test them for you (at no charge):D
PM me for my shipping address.

PS: I'll even get em a fresh hydro for you befor I send them back

Um....I actually bought the tanks in that Craigslist add. Turns out one of my dive buddies actually knew the girl selling them. NE divers seem to be a small group!

Paul--Fussy Pants is selling his too?

Correct, fussy pants. I can't believe that name has stuck. :10: They both got them before we became PST dealers. I personally like the Fabers better than the PST's for singles, becasue they are more negatively buoyant and for someone my size 225lb, I like that I can dive them with a one piece 7mm and 16lbs of lead. But those guys wanted lighter tanks.
