Hi there,
just came back from a easter trip to Hemmoor, Stade in the north of Germany. Nice big lake to dive, still really cold (4 degrees) but with a warm diving suit it's ok and it has some good diving sites.

Just came back from a live-aboard in the red sea (north) which was great!

The LDSs are just starting to wake up again (in Sweden) as the temperatures (at least in the air) are climbing. My dive club at work (and I) are planning to get wet next week.

There´s a lot of nice veggie (and wreck) dives on the west coast of Sweden.

I´m planning to go on another dive-trip before the fall but haven´t decided where (except that I wont go to the red sea for the 3rd time within a year). I´m open to suggestions :)

The water is still 16 over here but I just grin and bare it!! Waiting as the days go by and I can put on my wetsuit and get out of my Drysuit!!

FINALLY!!! Gonna dive in tomorrow. First time this year. Was about time. After weeks of nagging and nagging to my dad, we're finally going. I was already looking for other buddies. But since my reg is still not with me, but in the south of the country for some serviceing or something, nobody felt like driving down there with me. :p
But tomorrow I'll have my reg back, and I don't have to ask my dad everytime to go diving with me. Cause there are plenty of times he doesn't feel like it. :p
So, tomorrow the first one of hopefully a lot this year. At the moment the water temperature is about 9 degrees. Warm enough with a 7mm suit. What do you think, Mark? :p hahaha.

No! I am too old for that cold water stuff! The less I wear, the better!!! Have fun!!

Hi !

Just back from one month in Australia....
About Italy: Mostly did dive in the area of Liguria, the deeper wrecks are great:
KT,Genova,Haven

In the last years some cave-diving in France:

or
http://www.ekpp.org/projects/gourneyras03_07/index.html

and some diving pretty frequently in Florida:

with some under-water shots (text in german)
Besides that the usual-cold lake-stuff, but no ice-diving this year since i had my arm in a cast druing January

About Thailand:
We were in Khao Lak 2 years ago and did day-trips to the Similans and Ko Bon and i really liked it. This small village is not like Phuket, it is quiet and small with good food.
I love Thailand outside the big cities.

This year we will do dome more cave-diving in August and a liveaboard in the Diamond Heaven Fleet to the south in October....

That´s about for it right now :)

Michael

Hi, most of my diving is at home in Croatia (Adriatic sea)...

It's very nice diving but we have some crappy laws that only make it harder to dive and not any safer...

but still, I've already started the season in march and it was VERY cold (the snow fell that day - even on the coast, water was around 9 deg.C, and air around 3)

Dived in western Brittany 2 weeks ago. Still relatively cold (11C), it was OK with a thick wet suit (7+5) as we didn't go deep. Wonderful flora (kelp and other algae have begun to grow again), a lot of edible critters (pollocks, congers, various kinds of crabs,...) and not so edible (spirographs, anemones, sponges,...)
