I am completing my training via a SDI dive shop. I will perform my checkouts with a SDI instructor and receive a SDI certification. One of my isntructors stated that if I wanted, he is a NAUI instructor and could dual certify once I am done. He said it would just be the cost of the card and nothign else. Over the next 3-4 years, I plan to advance my skills via a combination fo dives and training and would like to take a rescue class and maybe even make Master Scuba Diver level. Now would it benefit me to have dual certifications or would this only matter if I was going PRO?
