Wendle, I think there's another thread in here where Big T wanted to go to Gilboa tomorrow because he's anxious to try out some new gear. You might check with him.

As for myself, I might go to Portage again this weekend (19th and/or 20th) if any GLWC folks need a buddy. Last Sunday, I met up with Bladephotog (Andy) & one of his buddies there, and we had 3 pretty good dives, despite the poor visibility & getting a little lost a time or two. We hit the airplane, the big trailer, the Audi, a cabin cruiser, the silo and bus, one of the motorcycles, snowmobile, riding lawnmower & big mirror, and saw lots of fish. The 'Sea Junkies' dive club was also there & they sank a little deer, but I don't know where.

I still want to do some more Lake Huron dives, but I can't see it happening without Tom, Dave, Ted, Scott, and/or Brian, since you guys live just 'down the road a piece' from there. If you guys want to go, pick a day & I'll sign up, too, if I can. I also wouldn't mind hitting Lake Fenton again, while it's still accessible (IF it's still accessible!)

I'd be there in a heartbeat but Canandaigua Lake is callin' my name - got a spot on a boat Saturday AM. BTW, ASK Scubacenter runs a Tuesday evening program at Circleville for new divers and folks who just wanna get wet. Usually it's a single dive till the tanks are about to implode followed by a gaggle to the Wendy's up the road to tell some serious lies -- ooops I mean tall tales. Might want to call them Tuesday afternoon and make sure nothing unforseen has nixed it. Check www.askscubacenter.com and click on "local diving opportunities" at the bottom of the page for details.

Thanks for the tip, just happen to be free Tuesday! Understand about having your name called! LOL. If CTQ ever calls your name would enjoy diving.

Lets go dive!

Planning on being there next Tuesday (22 June) depending on how wiped out I am from this weekend. 99% probability I'll see ya there :D

I don't know where I'm going this weekend, but I do know I want to be at Portage on Saturday, July 17th. A local dive club says they're going to sink a car there that evening.

... a buddy Ray? I'd like to take advantage of the three day weekend and get wet once.
