Okay, so I am, to be honest, a wee bit confused.
In the States when you discuss certifications, you have Open Water certs. In Israel, at least, the most people talk about stars. Oh, that's a two star program. That's a three star program. Can anyone explain to me why they have different names (stars also correspond to "cert depths") when they are done by the same certifier?
