They are incorporated in the country they are operating in, so they are indeed, CEOs.
Raid International is incorporated in the UK, is that not the head office?

You never normally have CEO's of regional offices even if they are incorporated locally (which every international company normally i.e USA division etc reporting to head office where the CEO sits), The only difference is when you have staff with ego's that are fishing for titles and often this occurs in smaller organisations

From the Raid website “Dive RAID International is registered as a company in the United Kingdom, and we are headquartered there. However, we have offices world-wide.” Though the site is dated 2023.

3 - standards seem far higher for a recreational diver than other agencies bar possibly BSAC
Thanks for sharing. I have not seen RAID classes in the water but I heard the exact same thing. It takes longer to get though OW but you learn trim and buoyancy. This is the reason I am likely to go down this route for my daughter.

4 - Website is great to use with loads of content - but a little glitchy, for example if you have done a free course then you cannot buy it from the website if you want to get it certified
My experience with the site is not good. I have not been able to use the search function to find instructors. There is another thread where this was surfaced months ago and it is still not working. I hope they can fix it.

For International, yes, probably. RAID USA is actually a "Distributor for RAID in the US."

I really don't see this as a problem.
