There was a cartoon about a family of cats, they were hillbillies. I saw it in reruns, but I think it was from the late 60's. Anybody know the name of that show?

oh yeah i remember that... on reruns... i saw like three episodes...

as for R&B, Boris and Natasha were my favorites, and i LOVED the Upsidasium episodes

still cracks me up

We used to watch a show when we came home for lunch, called Bozo's Circus. I'm not sure if it was Nationwide.
I was on the show when I was 6 years old. They had a thing called the 'Grand Prize Game'. When that segment was over,..they had a team game and I was on one of the teams. We lost.. LOL but I still 'won' a pop- o- lot toy...

Don't forget Heckle and Jeckle, Remember the crows? Speedy gonzalas was another favorite. Popeye,Olive Oil, One thing I never could figure out? Sweet Pea? Who was that kids Daddy? Was Olive Oil His Momma? My all time favorite is the old Bugs Bunny toons. Turtle gal

I think it was Bozo's Big Top... and we got it down here in Orlando, though it was local to Chicago. All we got was some stinky ol' mouse! :eyebrow:

Has anyone mentioned Woody Woodpecker yet?

We got Bozo too on WGN. I use to set up the game and play at home with my own buckets and ping pong balls. :D

I needed to know the answers to your questions too. I loved Popeye. Didn't everyone want to be Olive Oyl..with two strong men always fighting over her?
Ha!
This was all I could find..

A 1987 Hanna-Barbera animated TV series, Popeye and Son, already revolved around the adventures of the very-married sailor, his rail-thin wife and their son--Popeye Jr. (Adopted babe Swee' Pea was M.I.A. in this incarnation.)

Perhaps worst of all, in Brooks' eyes, is what a Popeye-Olive wedding means to the 'toon's Popeye-Olive-Bluto dynamic. (Bluto--sometimes known as Brutus--of course, being Popeye's romantic rival.)

Don't forget Chili the Penguin, The sheepdog and the wolf (Ralph???), can you tell, I love them ol' comics. I think it's where most of my humor comes from.

If I recall correctly, Swee'Pea was an orphan that was left at Popeye and Olive Oyl's doorstep and they decided to keep and raise him as their own.

I remember having a soft plastic sheet you put over the TV screen and then drew along with Twinky the star? Am I mixing up shows? Does anyone else remember that? I also remember waiting till my parents were asleep and then hiding under the covers with a flash light to read my comic books which were always stashed under my pillow...I loved Superman, Little Lulu and Richie Rich. Oh, and then there was Superman on TV along with Lois and Jimmy.
