The "may be spoken" still rubs me the wrong way....i like "freely spoken"

might i suggest "in a local context" rather than "local issues" or "where locals may..."

this would remove most impressions that this is solely for "locals" or it's all just "about local things"...

i think we had to take that up ad nauseum in college...

paolov. Stop being difficult!!! What is the correct word that refers to all dialects then - Filipine? You know very well where I'm trying to go with this.

Tagalog is indeed our national language and also one of numerous dialects spoken here. and although Filipino is indeed a person but maybe for the benefit of others on the board we can maybe agree to come up with a term that can be used to describe all the languages that are commonly used in our country.? any suggestions?

nope. "F" the official letters of the country does not have the letter "F" unless they revised it again.

in the international context, of which we are in, it is the english structure that is observed

hence Pilipino is not used. in Philippine passports it is written Filipino, unless they revised the new ones again.

i don't think we would like to get another citation like the flag we have on PPD, it is an infraction of how the national flar is to be displayed.


am still awaiting ideas as well ....
