anyone know the vis in the Straight, near Port Angeles, Port Townsend, more specificlaly Im going to Saltwater Creek Beach on Sunday.

Vis at Cove 2 tonight was the best I've seen in a while ... perhaps 25 feet or so. First time I've dived with Uncle Pug in a few months ... nice, relaxing 68 minute dive.

Tonight's pics ... http://photoshow.comcast.net/watch/vK9zf2NR ... check out the little hitch hiker on the water jelly in the last few shots ...

Bob,
Great pics. Tim & I dove there on Tues and vis was good and I too was taking several pics of the jellies, warbonnet and the ? Red Irish Lord (me thinks) we also saw a HUGE Cabbie down at the I-beams.
Are these with your casio?

Did Mukilteo City Park (the ledges) and Lobster Shop Wall yesterday. First dive was max depth 84 feet for 65 minutes, second was max depth 119 feet for 75 minutes. Vis was pretty good on both dives, although there were a lot of particulates in the water. Second dive was on a light trimix (30/18) with EAN50 deco. The wall had tons of life on it, although most of my pictures came out blurry (should've used more helium, I guess). Coolest thing was finding a Taylor's Sea Hare in the eel grass on our 10-foot stop ... had never seen one before.

15-25 feet in the San Juans yesterday. Considering the large tidal exchange, that's better than expected.
