I studied horticulture (2 year diploma in greenhouse management) only to find out later on that greenhouse work is a lot like factory work. Do the research is always good advice.

To get funding for scuba instructor classes from E.I. any candidate should bring a good proof of the future employment - i.e. they do not really care if it would be PADI, GUE or UTD (they have no idea about that). They only want to know, if you would be able to find a job quickly, after the course. Ideally they need a promise of work contract and they can finance almost anything...
