Can you show me pics of how you attach hard lead to rig?

I brought a couple of cheap weight pouches on the Bay. Cut some webbing and threaded it through the pouches and as mention before permantly bolted the webbing to the wing.
When in sidemount I just add lead. Then single backmount the tanks sits fine against the empty pouches...
