Can I install RoLock rings on neoprene wrist seals?

I bought a RoLock system over a year ago and never installed them. I have a High Tide dry suit with neoprene cuffs, and I'd like to find a way to mount the rings. Does anyone know if you can mount a RoLock ring on a neoprene cuff? Thanks!
