Buying Tanks From The States to Canada

Afternoon!

I am looking to buy a couple of Faber HP Steel Tanks from a dealer in the states... Believe it or not it's going to be much much cheaper than buying it from a local dealer... Even after shipping...

Anyway my question is will I have any problems at the border? or Different standards between the US and Canada?

As long as your tanks are marked DOT & TC they can legally be transported in the US (DOT) & Canadian (TC)

As for crossing the boarder, I know a number of divers who regualy head up to your Island. The only time I heard about anyone having trouble at the boarder was an Instructor taking a wreck class up to the saskatchewan. He had 10 tanks in his truck. They gave him some grief, but finally let him through.
