LP is, obviously, buying direct, one way or the other, from most [all] dive equipment companies. I travel to NYC several times a year. I usually stop @ the LP Store just off 5th ave. @ 18th st. They are always nice and have all the newest gear. I have never had a problem. I have had a few mail order returns and exchanges. In every case LP took care of any issues.
