There are a handful of reg. service items that I can't easily get anywhere other than directly from the original manufacturer. Even though the reg. in question is discontinued, luckily they do still sell most of the components (just not bundled into service kits).

However, they don't sell those components directly to consumers. They only sell them to retailers.

I can find most of the items I need on their "B2B Authorized Retailer E-commerce Account Management" site, Homepage. (Example: EXHAUST VALVE (TR-400 ADJ / TR-390 ADJ) RK-4-2, 43-2 **)

I reached out to them to ask how I can get my hands on some of these items and they said they can't deal with me directly and I have to find a local dealer instead. But when I tried to contact my local dealers, none of them were of any help. It seems they're reluctant to sell components; they'd rather do the service for you themselves — which they won't do if the model is old/discontinued. Catch 22.

Is there anyone on this board who happens to have a login/contract/whatever at b2bpartner.tusa.com and who might be willing to order some items on my behalf? Alternatively, anyone who happens to have a bunch of spare TUSA parts lying around that you'd like to sell?

Tusa has used OEM's to have gear made.

maybe the service manual is in here: https://personal.filesanywhere.com/fs/v.aspx?v=8d6d638a5f6075b5a46a.

It is in there, amd the part number looks to be TR-402-05 I did a quick Google search and a retailer in Holland sells these online for about $2.50.

TR40205 EXHAUST VALVE bij sublub

Or here on Ebay: TUSA 2nd Stage Regulator Exhaust Valve | eBay

As you don't name other parts I cannot look for them.

This is the TUSA version of the SP MK5 for the first stage

Hope this helps

The case on that model looks very similar to many Scubapro molded plastic cases that all use the same exhaust valve. As you are in the same country as @buddhasummer it would be an inexpensive gamble to contact him about a Scubapro exhaust valve part number 11250103

Good luck,

Couv

Thanks all! PMs sent.

In case anyone else is interested, here are the other items I was looking for. The exhaust valve was just one example. Good to know that it's available through some retailers and places like ebay — thanks for the tip! The others are all proving to be a bit trickier to find though.

The first five are still listed as available on TUSA's b2b site. All the rest are not, so only if I luck out and find them in someone's back inventory.
