I have to say its rather odd that you mock the very forum in which you have been a member of since 2003 and have "contributed" 4,000+ posts. By the way, just last night a fairly influential fellow in diving made a lengthy post on SB. No one in the industry monitors SB?

LOL ok I come here and contribute so that means what? Sometimes what I do is say "whoa" when a thread goes goofy.

BTW I have also gone to McDonalds as much as I've gone here, doesn't mean I respect the place, it's just a place. I don't expect to get the best advice on anything there either. Did you know that some very serious scuba industry folks go there too.

All I've said here is you guys have jumped to conclusions. A big jump.

This thread only reaffirms the advice I've given to hundreds of students and that is to not believe much of anything you read on the net. Mostly you get poorly informed opinions by people with little knowledge on the topic.

In regards to the gaffed shark if someone had been there in person and saw horrible things going on then it'd have some value. But lets all boycott a shop based on a photo.

Sheesh.

With some time and experience most folks can discern and/or completely verify the credentials of those whom they listen to on this or any board. There is speculation occurring on this thread but the totality of information does point in one direction IMO...
