If you want party - Coz. + great diving

If you want quiet - Bon. + great diving

I've been to both. Coz had my best shallow dive of the caribbean. Bonaire is perhaps THE easiest diving anywhere. There are more beaches on Coz, there is more to explore on Bonaire. Both places handle english language well with a tilt torwards Bonaire. On Bonaire you can drink the water and eat the food with no problem, on Coz., you can usually drink the water & eat the food with no problem. (This may a deciding factor - how many vactions do you get a year? - this will be your vacation dollars you are spending - how much is the gamble to be sick worth to you?)

Over all on the diving, Coz may take the edge. Coz can be more for advanced divers because of the currents. If you are more of a begginer choose Bonaire.
For shore diving Bonaire wins hands down.

I've never been sick on Coz. but have had friends that were real sick from the water or food. I've also had a bad experience with a dive op on Coz. I would like to return to Coz., but the wife says "not again", maybe someday she'll change her mind.

We've been to Bonaire several times too. I would go back but there are so many other places to dive.

Either choice you can't go wrong/depends on your experience level.
